Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. and the unidentified woman who accused him of rape in a hotel room in New York City in 2013 have settled their legal dispute. The agreement was reached just as jury selection was about to start in a federal civil lawsuit that would have produced unfavourable testimony against the Oscar winner.
